Group Info

Straight Out Of Camera. We strive to create a collective of photos that are totally unedited in post production (e.g. Photoshop.) Well, a TINY bit of editing is ok but only for contrast or perhaps tone. I know most of us just cannot stand it when a shot could use contrast - but anything too overdone isn't "SOOC". Why SOOC? Just as a matter of interest. And to have a place to share those shots where everything just came together, Straight Out Of Camera.

Sure, it's an honor system, but rest assured we'll be able to identify shots with post production on them 95% of the time as we have a self-governing Membership. :)

NOTE: There is nothing wrong with post production! I myself am a 20 year veteran with Photoshop, and have retouched tens of thousands of photos over the years. But every now and then, you just wanna see some raw photography - some amazing, stunning, high quality work that had nothing to do with Photoshop.

And it may show on some of my photos that microsoft windows gallery was used, and I assure you it was used purely to view the photos. No editing whatsoever.
